Consultant Chef Peter Gorton from the UK is a former proprietor of a number of restaurants, holder of Michelin 1 Star and 3 Rosettes for several years in the past, author of several cookery books and other publications, and known for his numerous popular TV cooking programmes on UK television.

Having worked and trained chefs around the world, Peter is sharing his valuable culinary expertise and understanding of guest expectations with our chefs. Through extensive on-site hands-on training, supervision, feedback, tips and ongoing support, Peter has developed a close rapport with the whole team - and the results are… simply delicious.

The whole Kanika Team is comitted to the idea of ongoing improvement. So we work hard, but we work hard together, and we see results. That's what makes it worth it.
