Bringing out the best in the Amavi team, Falser has taken advantage of the amazing fresh local and excellent imported ingredients available in Cyprus while taking the restaurants’ individual themes into consideration. Dedicated to creating the very best culinary experiences, Falser has specifically designed the menu of Immenso and Nocturne, having spent several months fine-tuning the recipes and training the team prior to the hotel’s opening. Periodical visits allow him to monitor quality and maintain regular rapport with the team, while he looks forward to meeting future guests.
