Q: Can the Gift Voucher be ordered by telephone?
A: Yes, please phone +357 25 814 266 (ext 519) and we will be happy to take your order. For telephone orders we ask that the visa authorization is sent to us by fax.
Q: Does the Gift Voucher holder have to be a guest at a Kanika Hotel to use the Voucher?
A: No, they can use the Voucher for dinner, lunch or spa treatments as a hotel visitor.
Q: Can the Gift Voucher be redeemed for cash?
A: The Gift Voucher can only be used to pay for services at Kanika Hotels and there is no cash redemption.
Q: Does the Gift Voucher have to be used for one purchase?
A: For your convenience, Kanika Gift Vouchers are offered in many different values and are exchanged against single purchases nearest to the value of the service used.
Q: What happens if the Gift Voucher is stolen or lost?
A: The holder will need to report the loss or theft to Kanika immediately by phoning 00357 25 814 266 . If the Voucher has not been used we will cancel and reissue another for the original full amount. If the rightful owner has used the Voucher, the remaining amount will be frozen and a new Voucher issued with that amount.
